How best to get out the word about a new public relations, communications and website company in the Berkshires and Albany, NY? There’s plenty of face-to-face networking going on for EGLahr Communications, but we need to reach hundreds, not just dozens, of potential clients who might find value in the services of EGLahr Communications.

Constant Contact was my go-to choice for my inaugural email marketing experiment, and I figured my experiment would help guide my client services in the future.Given the unique nature of the business community around Pittsfield, Great Barrington, North Adams and other corners of the Berkshires, I targeted this first message to a geographic target with a broad range of services. Future email efforts will target specific niche markets — law firms, banks, contractors and certain nonprofits.

A handy feature of Constant Contact allows for archiving of emails. This means future emails can link back to earlier messages, and potential clients don’t miss a thing. Newly added contacts can also refer back to the archives, to get the full picture of the sequential unfolding of a new public relations and website services company serving Berkshire region.
